Memorial Room
To mark the 135th anniversary of its founding, the Red Cross of Serbia opened a Memorial Room, where original documents, photographs, books, movies, parts of equipment used during the last century, uniforms and other exhibits that marked the existence and history of the work of the Red Cross in Serbia are displayed.
The Red Cross of Serbia possesses and stores materials in various forms, such as written documents, audio, photo and video materials, as well as those in electronic form. The materials are about the work of the Red Cross in these parts, from the founding to today, and the collection is permanently expanding.
Part of the video and written materials has been converted into electronic form, and the aim is to have all materials available in electronic form.
Citizens who possess documentation, historical evidence of the past, are welcome to share this part of creating our mutual history, in which their ancestors took part, with us and the visitors. Documentation or exhibits will be scanned or photographs and made available to scientific institutions, researchers, enthusiasts and all interested users.

The Memorial room is situated in the building of the organization’s headquarters in Belgrade, in Simina street no.19, on the ground floor.
