Improving Disaster Risk Reduction skills and Resilience-building Practices in the Western Balkans – Kick Off meeting
At the Institute for Public Health of Serbia “Dr Milan Jovanovic Batut”, on 13 March 2018 a meeting was organised to mark the kick off of the project “”. The project is the continuation of the existing two-year cooperation between the Red Cross of Serbia, the Institute for Public Health of Serbia and the Italian Institute for Public Health in the project “Development of training programme for management of prevention, preparedness and rapid response in emergencies”. At the kick off meeting a work plan for the coming period was made and the priorities were agreed among the partners. The other participants of the project are Institutes for Public Health of Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia. The Red Cross of Serbia will be tasked with performing practical training and the presentation of its work at the meeting was done by Dr Milutin Vracevic.
