Second meeting of partners in the “Addressing and preventing care needs through innovative community care centres (I-CCC)” project

A meeting of partners from Austria, Serbia and Montenegro within the project “Addressing and preventing care needs through innovative community care centres (I-CCC)” was held in Vienna on September 13 and 14, 2021. The objective of the meeting was to update the partners about the implementation of the project so far, plan future activities and exchange experiences. Representatives of the Red Cross of Serbia and the Republic Institute for Social Protection attended the meeting from Serbia.

The Red Cross of Serbia presented the results of research on services for older persons in Sombor and Pirot, presented the concept and activities that will be implemented in the future day centre, as well as the plan of activities for informal caregivers. Expert associates of the Red Cross of Serbia Natasa Todorovic and Dr. Milutin Vracevic will be in charge of educating informal caregivers in Serbia and Montenegro.
