On Saturday, October 5, 2019, 55 volunteers from the Red Cross of Novi Sad, local organization of the Red Cross in Bratstvo-Novi Sad, Kac, Kisac, Begec and Budisava visited the St. Sava Temple in Belgrade and the Memorial Room of the Red Cross of Serbia. During their visit for the volunteers from Novi Sad, it where organized lectures about Red Cross programs with and for   elderly people.

The Red Cross of Novi Sad traditionally organizes a one-day motivational excursion for volunteers from the program "Care for the Elderly people ".The volunteers are the members of the Commission for Social Care Red Cross of Novi Sad as well as the retirees of the Red Cross. The excursion was organized for the October 1st, International Day for the Elderly People.
