The Red Cross of Serbia traditionally takes part in the festival of Health as a sponsor as well as participant, and organises different lectures on preventive health. This spring, on 27 and 28 March, the 19^th Festival of health was organised, under the slogan “Think earlier, choose healthier”.

At this year’s Festival of Health, as in the previous years, the Red Cross of Serbia participated in the opening ceremony. The audience was greeted by Natasa Todorovic who emphasised that prevention throughout the life course is important for individual health as well as the health of the nation and that healthy ageing starts in the kindergarten.

Volunteers of the Corner for Quality Ageing of the Red Cross of Kragujevac were guests of the festival. They showed their activities and emphasised the importance of the idea that through intergenerational solidarity a society for all ages will be developed.
